Project Description

As part of Salisbury Cathedral’s 800 year anniversary Magna Carta exhibition, Archaeovision were hired to record and 3D print part of the medieval frieze in the cathedral’s Chapter House.

A photogrammetry model was completed and the model was converted to a 3D print ready format. The model was printed via a ZPrinter 650 at a resolution of 600 x 540 dpi. The print was then painted by the exhibition team in its original colour detail and is now on public view at the cathedral.
